Our return policy gives you 30 days to return your products. This 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered and includes both business and non-business days. Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Customized products cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order containing customized products, please contact us at 571-224-6469
Frequently Asked Questions
Where and how do I return my product(s)?
Instructions on where to send your products will be displayed once you have located your order in the Returns Center. Please ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We recommend including insurance on the package, but it is not required. Snoku Photo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
What if I can’t find my order number?
If you cannot locate your order number, please call 571-224-6469 or email samoku@snokuphoto.com for assistance with your return.
When and how will I be reimbursed?
Products properly returned according to the above guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for your total purchase price (not including any shipping charges). 20% restocking fee shall be applied. Please keep in mind that credit card issuers vary in the time they take to post credits.
What if my order arrived damaged, is defective or is not the correct product?
In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us by phone (571-224-6469) or email (samoku@snokuphoto.com) for further instructions.
Can I exchange my product for an alternate item?
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. You may complete a return and place a new order at any time for alternate product(s). Customized items are not returnable.
